For local drop off, you can bring your items into our store during open hours. Please note that the buying counter closes 30 minutes prior to our closing time.

If you are selling vintage items it is recommended to call ahead and confirm our vintage buyer is available. We DO take appointments for those selling vintage, just give us a call to coordinate!

All in-store drop offs are processed the day of and items that are passed on are expected to be picked up prior to closing time. You are welcome to browse the store while you wait! If you do not want any items back, we do offer to donate on your behalf, simply specify this during the in-store registration and you don’t need to stick around if you’re in a rush!

For local drop-off we also offer 10% more for your items if you select to receive store credit instead of Paypal/Venmo.

For shipments, gather all of your items and package in waterproof materials. Purchase a shipping label and ship! We recommend going with the least expensive option on Pirate Ship (www.pirateship.com). Note, if you want to insure the package in case of damage or lost in transit you will need to do so when purchasing the label. Love Me Once Twice assumes no responsibility for any items damaged or lost during shipment.

Upon receipt, items will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days. You will receive a text and email with a one-time offer. Upon accepting the offer, payment will be sent within two business days. Any items not purchased will be donated on your behalf, at this time return shipping is not offered. To begin the shipping process, visit Register to Sell to submit a selling request and you will be contacted with the mailing address for your shipment within 24 hours.
